Lord Rozen's Comments:
She is one of the queen's advisors, and part of the palace staff. She serves the fire god, Isatu, as priestess on staff and can remove the magic from any the queen desires, as she has with two earth dragons thus far.
If she isn't careful, Loessa may have something to say about it, like she did with the volcano for harming the first.
