Lord Rozen's Comments:
Lady Red's biggest fan-girl, to the point of disturbing obsession. She gets excited whenever she sees her idol or even hears her speak. Her hair has changed from the attractive wavy to the far over-used dreads, ever since she saw Red being friendly with Eone.
Her devotion runs so deep, she's willing to kill for her idol, and later says she's Red's consort to gain access to her room, where she discovers that Red isn't all she's proclaimed to be.
Her name is possibly from the Wolof 'Safara' and means "Fire". Maybe that's why she's eyeing Red.
