Lord Rozen's Comments:
Arc is Elektra's daughter, who is cared for deeply by her mother, almost overprotective at times. As with other prominent lightning dragons, she draws her tattoos from the band KISS.
As for age, none has been set, but through observation, we can assume that she is in her pre-teen to teen years.
